Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Rescheduling of Course(s)

The School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any advertised courses at the School without liability for reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient admissions or enrolments. The School may cancel or reschedule affected lectures, courses or programmes, due to very low attendance making it impossible to continue teaching a given lecture.

The School reserves the right to change or amended advertised course content, timing and syllabuses of any of its courses at its discretion and without prior notice.

The School reserves the right to amend, where necessary, course fees and dates of courses. The School prospectus is subject to alteration without prior notice.

In the event that a course is unable to run, for whatever reason, the School will notify applicants/students at the earliest opportunity. In these circumstances the School will seek to offer a suitable alternative course. If such provision were not available or not acceptable, applicants/students would be expected to notify the School of their withdrawal from the School in writing. Following this formal withdrawal the School would consider an appropriate refund of any course fees received.

Refund Policy

• Course fees refund policy

Course fees are not refundable or transferable. In exceptional circumstances, refunds or partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of the School. In such circumstances, the School must be informed, in writing, as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days  before the commencement of the course.

Students who are late in starting their course for whatever reason will not be entitled to a refund of, or reduction in course fees; this also applies where students have not attended all their classes/courses.

No Course fees are refundable if, after the commencement of a course, the student stops attending the classes or leaves the course before its completion, or he/she is suspended by the School due to non-attendance or misconduct, or a legal prosecution by the law enforcing authorities.

A minimum of 6 weeks is required to process any refunds.

Students will be liable to pay all necessary bank and/or transfer charges for application and refund processes. Please note that by making a fees deposit payment to the School, students agree to pay the full amount of their course fees to the School in due course.

It is the student’s responsibility to provide valid and up-to-date contact information for themselves. This contact information should include a working e-mail address. The School will assume that any method of communication for which the student has provided contact information, including e-mail, is secure. The School will not be liable for any damages, financial or otherwise, resulting from the release of the student’s personal information to a third party as a result of communication with an invalid or insecure contact point or the interception of communication with said contact point, be it a postal or e-mail address, a telephone or fax number or an SMS.
